Nicholas Davies is the National Director of Analytical Stockpile Assessments at Intertek, where he leads strategy and delivery of the ASA service line across Australia and the USA, working with clients in mining and mineral resources, agriculture and manufacturing. His career spans 25 years of hands-on technical practice in advanced spatial project delivery and digital engineering, with deep expertise in terrestrial 3D laser scanning, industrial metrology and 3D modelling applied across mining, resources, mineral processing, and industrial manufacturing. This is complemented by a decade of commercial leadership in business strategy, client engagement, and team management, alongside board-level governance roles in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Geomatics with Honours from the University of Tasmania, graduated with an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School and is a current member of the AusIMM.
