Michael Martella is the Chief Executive Officer of Anval International, a global manufacturer of engineered bulk materials handling equipment serving the mining, cement, power, chemical and industrial processing sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University and an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, combining deep technical expertise with strategic commercial leadership developed over more than two decades in engineering and manufacturing. Under Michael's leadership, Anval International has accelerated its global expansion, strengthened its focus on engineering innovation, and continued to develop high-performance solutions that improve the reliability, efficiency and longevity of bulk materials handling systems in demanding industrial applications.
