His work includes belt support systems, skirting and dust-containment solutions for conveyor transfer points, as well as belt tracking systems, pulley design and other equipment used in demanding bulk materials handling environments. In his role at Kinder Australia, Bradley works closely with customers and internal teams to translate operational challenges into safe, reliable and commercially practical engineering solutions. He also leads research and development activities, engineering process improvements, technical training and the adoption of digital tools, simulation and data-driven design methods. Bradley is committed to delivering engineering outcomes that improve conveyor reliability, safety, maintainability and environmental performance.
