Reliable conveyor solutions backed by 40 years of experience

Bulk Expo is an opportunity for the bulk materials handling industry to connect, share ideas and discover practical solutions that improve conveyor performance. Kinder Australia is looking forward to exhibiting at Stand B10, where visitors can meet the team, discuss their conveyor challenges and explore technologies designed to improve reliability, safety and operational efficiency.

With more than 40 years of experience supporting the bulk materials handling industry, Kinder has built a reputation for helping operations solve complex conveying challenges. Since celebrating this milestone last year, the company has continued to work alongside customers across mining, quarrying, ports, grain, cement, recycling and manufacturing, delivering engineered solutions that reduce maintenance, improve productivity and extend the life of conveyor assets.

Rather than offering a one size fits all approach, Kinder focuses on understanding each application and recommending solutions that deliver measurable improvements in performance, reliability and whole of life value.

Visitors to Stand B10 will have the opportunity to see a range of these solutions and speak with conveyor specialists about the issues affecting their own operations.

A key feature on display is the KShield Dynamax® Combi Impact Bed, engineered to absorb impact energy while providing continuous belt support in loading zones. By protecting the conveyor belt and surrounding components, it helps reduce wear, minimise maintenance and improve conveyor reliability.

Dust control continues to be one of the industry’s greatest operational and environmental challenges. Kinder will showcase the Airscrape® contactless conveyor skirting system together with the DustScrape dust containment solution, demonstrating how innovative sealing technologies can reduce dust emissions, minimise material spillage and improve housekeeping while supporting a safer working environment.

The exhibition will also feature a selection of Kinder’s material flow and wear management solutions, including KSlip®, KSlide® and KFloshield®. Designed to improve the movement of bulk materials through chutes and transfer points, these engineered products help reduce material build up, improve flow and minimise wear. Complementing these solutions are KSuperline® polyurethane lining and K-RediLiners®, which provide long lasting protection for equipment operating in highly abrasive environments.

Also on display will be the KMotorShield Motor Cover, which protects electric motors from dust, moisture and harsh operating conditions, along with the lightweight K-Polymer®Enduro Roller, developed to reduce maintenance while delivering reliable performance in demanding applications.

While each solution addresses a specific conveyor challenge, together they reflect Kinder’s commitment to delivering practical engineering solutions that help customers improve plant performance and achieve better long-term operational outcomes.

Whether you are planning a new conveyor installation, upgrading an existing system or looking to improve maintenance practices, the Kinder team welcomes the opportunity to discuss your application and share practical advice based on decades of industry experience.

Visit Kinder Australia at Stand B10 during Bulk Expo to discover how engineering expertise, proven conveyor technologies and a customer focused approach can help improve the performance of your operation.

To get even more value from your visit, book a Conveyor Health Check with the Kinder team and identify practical opportunities to reduce downtime, improve reliability and maximise the performance of your conveyor system.

BULK2026 will bring together leading companies from right across the bulk solids handling sector to connect and examine the role that these technologies have within the industry, how to use them to their advantage and what else can be done to further improve efficiencies.

The exhibition is exclusive to companies offering innovative solutions for the industry.
