Off the back of taking the title of best Dust Control Technology, Application or Practice at the recent 2019 Australian Bulk Handling Awards for the Decant Obsidian, Floveyor will showcase their range of solutions at BULK2020.
Floveyor understood industry was changing with growing volumes of bulk materials such as cement, lime and fly-ash are being imported and transported in FIBC’s (1,000kg Bulk Bags). To overcome the challenges and exceed market expectations, Floveyor designed the Decant Obsidian to specifically provide short turnaround loading of bulk road tankers and truck-mounted bulk intermodal containers from various disposable FIBC’s, while containing dust emissions, in one modular machine.
Providing an alternative to traditional and costly fixed silo road tanker loading facilities, the Obsidian provides all the benefits of fixed plant installations, with the flexibility to demobilise and relocate it as needed.
